My brother Jake finally earned his Eagle Scout award. We thought this was important so we drove to Boise for the Court of Honor. His Eagle project was taking goods to Ethiopia. He collected 550 pounds of shoes, clothes, blankets, toys, medicine- etc. They were
delivered to the
orphanage there where Eli and Canon had been. It was a very special project for us. I made him a video slide show for the Court of Honor that was awesome!! :) This picture above is me, my dad, my grandpa Max Smart and Jake.

All the boys currently in scouts with Jake, their grandpa and great grandpa. Grandpa Max earned his Eagle scout in 1926 and my dad in 1966. Both at age 14.
