Look what we do for fun. The boys - all of them love the treadmill. Gavin, Caleb and Breckin have all run miles on the treadmill. They do this for fun. Since I am on the treadmill all the time, Trenton and Keaton want their turn. Today they skipped walking at 1 mph and decided to have more fun. This is really funny when we watch it in fast forward. I love to listen to the laughs.
Speaking of treadmills, Dave and I are such fans. We love to use our treadmill. We have had 2 in the past 10 years. The first died after several years and Dave training for 2 marathons- mostly on it. Our 2nd one now has 887 miles on it. Good times.

hilarious. such sweet laughs. i think you should put the treadmill in keaton's room so it'll wear him out (or at least keep him busy) for naptime.
I love the video. We just got another one this last Christmas for me to work off baby fat. It is not working so far. Guess I need to follow your kids example and at least get on it first. I have beut i only can run/walk about 3 miles at a time and then I give up.
