The paper chase is over and we have officially adopted E and C again. We went downtown to the courthouse with the whole family. My favorite comment was made by the judge. She said, "you two are either crazy, gluttons for punishment or know what you are doing." We choose to believe the latter. So happy this is over and official. We now have new birth certificates for them.
