I was going to protest this post since all (or almost all) of my favorite people had their own fun parties and dinner dates and of course we were not there. We did have fun anyways. Dave thought we should go into Seattle to try our first Ethiopian dinner. He tells this story in more details on the Adoption blog. It was nice to have a dinner out and be with my parents.

Based on the look of the food, I have to be honest and say that I'm glad your the one going to visit Ethiopia and not me. Hope it tasted good. I guess by the time you ate anything tasted good, right?!
